2010 Minor League Rules 1. Pitching is 46 feet; Bases are 65 feet. 2. Five inning games or 1 hour and 15 minutes, whichever comes first. 3. 15 runs after 3; 10 after 4. 4. 8 runs per inning or 3 outs. 5. 3 strikes out/ 4 ball walk/ drop 3rd strike is an out. 6. Continuous Batting Order. 7. Pitchers can only go 3 innings/game. Does not have to be consecutive innings. One pitch is considered an inning. 8. Home Plate Closed for wild pitches. Home Plate Open for any other play. Catcher throws back to Pitcher, play is dead. 9. One base on overthrow. 10. No leading off until ball leaves the pitcher's hand. 11. No infield fly rule. 12. Coaches on 1st & 3rd offense. 13. No Coaches on field on defense 14. Ten players can play on the field. Can start with 8 players but must take an out. 15. No bat restrictions.
